It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the sudden passing of Mandy Holloway in late April. Together with her husband and co-founder Kevin Holloway, Mandy spent the last two decades building Courageous Leaders – a company that creates learning initiatives for leaders at all stages of their career to help them lead their teams, their organisations and themselves with courage, authenticity and self awareness.
Mandy was a devoted mother to her daughters Nikki and Mikala, a beloved sister of Ally, a respected colleague and a trusted and treasured friend to many.
She collaborated widely with others and co-facilitated a number of events and programs with like-minded colleagues. As a result, her inspiring approach to sharing her passion for leading sustainable organisations with courage, honest conversations and compassion for others will continue. Her body of work is expansive and we are dedicated to ensuring her work continues and will be drawn upon by trusted colleagues and co-facilitators in the services Courageous Leaders continues to offer to their clients.
Mandy will be deeply missed and her husband, soulmate and co-founder Kevin welcomes connections from those who would like to reach out.
