The Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) is an organisational tool that uses both self-assessment and colleague feedback to identify individual thinking and behavioural styles. By providing insights into strengths and areas for development, it empowers people to embark on their own journeys to being better at and enjoying more, everything they do.
LSI 1 is self-descriptive and distinguishes thinking patterns that are both effective and ineffective. Judged against styles which are associated with excellence, this tool helps to identify areas of strength that work to an individual’s advantage and those that are less effective and may be disadvantageous in career, relationships, and wellbeing. Having the knowledge of the thinking and behaviours then allows the individual to consciously adapt and improve in those areas that are less effective.
The LSI 2 is a description by others and reveals how others see your behaviours and the impact it has on them. As a person, team member or manager this information allows improvement in interpersonal skills and effectiveness both as a leader and within your organisation.
LSI workshops
These workshops include the LSI 1 and LSI 2 detailed assessments plus two 2-hour debrief sessions, designed to assist with delving deeper into your understanding of self and behaviour and how to use this knowledge moving forward.
Our Courageous Leaders programs also use the LSI organisational tools to assist our participants with understanding their own behaviours, the impact these behaviours have on others and also with understanding other people’s behaviours.
