Courageous Leadership Program
Developing the leadership capability of emerging and existing leaders through:
-
- The Courageous Leaders Model
- The focus on Self, Relationship and Business Mastery
- The deep understanding using psychometric tools
Leadership mastery is the personality, character and capability you develop as a leader. It is the way you think, how you act, what you say, when you act and your beliefs.
This combines to represent the ‘mastery’ you bring when managing and leading yourself, teams and the business.
