SELF AWARENESS

Using the Expanded MBTI report, you will learn about your unique personality preferences, understand how you do things quickly and easily and explore the impact you have on others.

WORKING IN A TEAM

Using the LSI report, this module explores what you bring to working in a team and the thinking styles that drive your choice of behaviour. We then look at what it takes to have your team working in a high performance space and develop the capability and acquire new tools so each individual in your team works in this high performing space with shared goals, defined roles and clear expectations of behavioural norms and agreed processes.

MANAGING MYSELF

Today you will identify your values using Seligman’s Character Strengths Survey, learn to use the 10 critical steps on how to become your ‘ideal self’ and be in your ‘sweet spot’. We then explore the importance of prioritising your time, managing your energy to ensure you bring your best to all that you do and how to manage your tasks using effective delegation.

MANAGING AND LEADING

We use the LSI 1 and 2 reports to share what you bring to managing and leading yourself, others and the organisation. We then explore how to let go of doing and start more managing and leading by differentiating these two roles from a highly practical perspective. We also identify sources of personal power, what it means to leverage your personal power and the importance of leading change.

We build on what we learn from each module and using personal feedback. We keep creating the best program possible to cater for everyone’s needs. The modularised approach also means the program is delivered in bite-size chunks with time to put new skills into practice in the workplace and time for your leaders to reflect on what they learn – enabling long term behavioural change. How it works. These one day modules are spread over a number of months so participants receive the reflective time they need to develop their self-mastery.Use of psychometric tools facilitates the peeling back of the layers of the onion skin – providing “real self” feedback in a constructive way. Our highly trained facilitators personally challenge each participant to identify the opportunities for growth defined by the gap between ideal self and real self.

Our best practice “integrated blended learning” approach blends:

• Face to face learning workshops with interactive and experiential activities

• Technology based activities – pre and post work, blogs, discussion forums

• Active workplace support

• Special learning partner groups to support individual learning

• Facilitated conversations to promote inquiry, innovation, engagement and energy

• Personal energy, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning

We constructively support each participant to engage in thinking that challenges their existing habits and thinking and find even more ways to “be at their best”.
