WHAT IS ONTOLOGICAL COACHING?
Ontology is the study of being. While there are many approaches to coaching, such as focusing on behaviour, the brain, or a client’s history, ontological coaches focus primarily on who and how a client is being, and how that impacts the results in their business and in their life in general. It does this by going much deeper than traditional coaching, metaphorically watering the tree at the roots rather than just addressing the leaves.

Ontology is the study of being. An ontological assessment tool measures a range of Aspects of Being specific to the person who takes the assessment.
