It is all too easy to slip out of the habit of igniting them and it can take discipline to reconnect with your habits – running, going to the gym, eating good food, meditating, doing yoga, singing out (very) loud to your favourite music, dancing to express – not to impress……..what ignites your endorphins?
Make sure you have that special person in your life who will give you the feedback and encouragement you need to get off the downward spiral – those endorphins are critical to you AND important to others who have to interact with you.
