Building this level of confidence and conviction is not for the feint hearted and sadly too many of our leaders opt for the safe option – following the “pack”. We urge you to not lean in to the pack – and rather choose to navigate your own inspiring path.
Organisations desperately need more leaders to choose their unique path by thinking divergently and challenging the status quo!
