I have been receiving my Horoscope updates from Ghazaley Lowe from the Academy of Intuition over the last few months. And at the start of this New Year I made a decision to start my day by:
1. Taking a few moments to be grateful for what I have and where I am
2. Going for a brisk walk of between 3 to 5 kilometres either on my own with my loud music or with my husband
3. Reflecting on the thoughts from Ghazaley.
What I have noticed is that I am feeling positive and secure in where I am and who I am “being” and this brings a surge of energy and STRENGTH. Now this is brilliant because quite separately I had decided my word for the year is “strength”. So I totally love what I am creating!
My start to the day is providing time for me to “think and reflect” – which is calming and energising at the same time.
This start to my day and the focus I bring is also showing me very clearly the stories that exist in my “being” that are trying to take over my joy of feeling strong and energised. Now these are the stories that I have created over the many years of experience I have developed. Well – it is time to shatter these stories as I no longer want them to hold me back. I am not going to blame anyone or anything for these stories I am simply going to challenge myself to let them go.
And this is what I read in my message from Ghaz today – “There will be so many revelations that take place for you today and many of them will shatter the stories that have been trying to take over your joy, the stories that have been trying to suck your energy out of you. “
I also received an e-mail from a program participant and she shared “stories” that are holding her back – and we acknowledged together that they were just that – stories – which had enabled her to create and live in the existing culture of her organisation. And through our conversation she saw how she could change these stories and operate in a more constructive way within her organisation.
It truly is an energising feeling when you shatter those stories that hold you back – try it out and tell us about your experience!
