Game changers have a deep care for people or they wouldn’t take the risks they do if they didn’t. Another way of looking at Game Changers is to view what they do as Paying It Forward – they want to create a better future for the next generations that follow. Self-sacrifice can often result – sacrifice of relationships, of remuneration, of career progression, of career sustainability or career predictability.
We truly need Game Changers in this world – and I don’t think we show them enough gratitude. So this is written for all those Game Changers out there that I know – and you know who you are – THANK YOU for all of your efforts and your sacrifices!
